Diese Recherche-Reise in das umfangreiche Rockabilly- und Rock’n’Roll-Archiv von Columbia fördert weitere 30 fantastische Platten zutage (einige stammen von den Schwesterlabels Epic und OKeh), darunter Klassiker von Johnny Horton (Lover’s Rock, The Wild One), The Collins Kids (The Rockaway Rock, Heartbeat), Marty Robbins (Long Tall Sally), Carl Perkins (Pointed Toe Shoes) und Link Wray (Raw-Hide sowie eine seltene Version mit Gesang auf Ain’t That Lovin‘ You Baby).

Aber es gibt auch viele weniger bekannte Interpreten auf dieser brutal rockenden Scheibe – Dick Lorys Wild-Blooded Woman, Larry Harts A-Looka – A Looka, Dick Glassers Crazy Alligator und Bernie Nees Lend Me Your Comb (derselbe Song, den Carl Perkins für Sun aufgenommen hat), um nur einige zu nennen.

Charlie Adams, Johnny Bond, Little Jimmy Dickens, Lefty Frizzell, The Maddox Brothers and Rose und Carl Butler veranschaulichen den nachhaltigen Einfluss der Country Music auf das sich schnell entwickelnde Rockabilly-Idiom Mitte der 50er Jahre (Mel Tillis und Bill Phillips standen kurz davor, Country-Stars zu werden), während Commonwealth Jones (eigentlich Ronnie Dawson), Bobby Lord und Rick Tucker and The Picks (ihr Patty Baby war ein Produkt aus Norman Pettys Clovis, NM Studio) repräsentieren die jüngere Generation.
