Der berühmte Wissenschaftler Masterson hat eine brandneue Energieformel gefunden, auf die natürlich sofort auch der Superbösewicht Kalon mit seinen Schergen scharf ist. Einen ersten Entführungsversuch kann Superpolizist Kidd mit seiner Crew noch abwehren, doch dann reisen die Übelwichte in die Vergangenheit, um Masterson auf der Grundschule zu erledigen.
Kidd aber eilt ihnen hinterher und muss dabei stets darauf achten, in der Vergangenheit keinen Schaden für die Zukunft anzurichten.
