Michael Moravek „Dream“

Im Sommer 2022 veröffentlichte Michael Moravek das Album ‚Lost‘, aufgenommen mit seiner Band Electric Traveling Show. Als Folge wurde Moravek mit seiner elektrifizierten und jazzverträumten Band unter anderem zum Reeperbahnfestival eingeladen, Europas größtem und wichtigstem Festival für neue spannende Musik.

Nun veröffentlicht Moravek mit dem neuen Album ‚Dream‘ den zweiten Teil seiner fast allesamt von Literatur inspirierten Songs. Darüber schreibt er: ‚Meine eigenen Geschichten fallen wie lose Seiten aus den Büchern heraus, die ich lese.“ Die Literatur von Bernard Malamud, Julius Fucik, Fjodor Dostojewskij, Flannery O’Connor, Hans Fallada, Fernando Pessoa, Danilo Kis, Geschichten aus der Bibel – sie allesamt triggerten Impulse für das Entstehen von Moraveks Songs.
