Sherlock Holmes – Der Vampir von Whitechapel

shrlockLondon im Dezember 1892. Im ärmlichen East End liegt der Stadtteil Whitechapel, berüchtigt durch die Morde des Serienkillers Jack The Ripper. Die dort ansässige Abtei wird zum Schauplatz eines schrecklichen Verbrechens: Ein Mönch wird mit zwei auffälligen Bissmalen an seinem Hals in der Klosterkirche tot aufgefunden.
Schnell wird über den Angriff eines Vampirs spekuliert. Doch Sherlock Holmes glaubt nicht an einen Vampir, er stützt seine Untersuchungen auf Fakten und logischen Schlussfolgerungen und rechnet fest mit einem menschlichen Täter.
