Gaia – Grüne Hölle

Bei einer Beobachtungs-Mission in einem Urwald trifft die junge Park Rangerin Gabi auf zwei Aussteiger, Stefan und Barend, die einen postapokalyptischen Lifestyle pflegen: Sie leben in einer Holzhütte und ernähren sich von dem, was der Dschungel hergibt. Barend ist dabei sowas wie der philosophische Ziehvater von Stefan, der die Welt außerhalb des Dschungels noch nie gesehen hat. Die beiden pflegen zudem eine äußerst merkwürdige Beziehung zur Natur.

Tatsächlich scheint der Dschungel eine Art Eigenleben zu führen und verschlingt Menschen, die sich in ihn verirren, um sie dann zu Alien-ähnlichen Wesen zu transformieren…
