The Mobile Homes „Trigger“

Skandinaviens The Mobile Homes gehören in ihrer Heimat zu den Elektro-Pop-Urgesteinen. 1984 gegründet und geschmackssicher benannt nach einem Zitat aus einem Japan-Song, waren die Herren genau zu richtigen Zeit am Start, um Teil einer jungen frichen Bewegung zu werden, die bis heute ihren Stempel in der elektronischen Musik und dem Mainstream hinterlassen. Um die legendäre Synthie-Band ist es dann elf Jahren lang, abgesehen von einigen Singles, still geworden, da wird es Zeit für eine neue Veröffentlichung.

Das neue Album heißt „Trigger“ und zeigt uns einen erwachseneren Sound. Es flirtet immer noch mit den 80er Jahren, aber jetzt mit mehr Dunkelheit. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle Depeche Mode-, New Order-, The Cure- und Synthie-POP-Fans!
